KCKCC Centennial Digital Mural Project

Project goal is to curate and design a dynamic digital mural featuring a visual timeline of Kansas City Kansas Community College history alongside the larger regional history of Wyandotte County from 1900s to 2023.

- Green: places and historical sites

I'm excited to see this project come to fruition. One of my favorite parts of visiting other cities is learning about their local history, yet I admittedly know very little about KCK. Just this brief timeline showing names I associate with streets or other landmarks is interesting. It never occurred to me they are named after people that had an impact here.
