Description:

The $400 pay differential between men and women’s teaching salaries was dropped by the College. All faculty were placed on a salary schedule (everyone started at the bottom) to receive salary increases based on teaching experience and years of service. The Masters plus 30 was not added until 1961. In 1962 the doctorate was added.
