14.3 Special circumstances:- Educational and enterprise accounts may have different terms
- Volume pricing agreements honored through contract term
- The currently available Premium plan is the 2-Day plan, which grants 2 days of Premium access starting at purchase time
- The current price is always displayed on the Premium page
- TimeGraphics reserves the right to introduce additional plan durations in the future
- All payments are processed through Stripe using individual payment transactions (Stripe PaymentIntent)
- TimeGraphics does not use Stripe Billing subscriptions; each renewal is a separate charge
- By completing your first purchase, you authorize TimeGraphics to store your payment method with Stripe and to charge it automatically for future renewals (off-session payments)
- We do not store full card numbers on our servers — only the last four digits and card brand (e.g. Visa, Mastercard) for display purposes
- Your Premium plan renews automatically: a new charge is initiated approximately 6 hours before the current Premium period expires
- Each renewal charges the price of a new 2-Day plan at the rate in effect at the time of renewal
- By purchasing Premium, you consent to these recurring off-session charges until you cancel auto-renewal
- A renewal attempt may be delayed due to technical issues; in such cases the charge is processed as soon as the issue is resolved
- If a renewal charge fails (e.g. insufficient funds, expired card), the system will retry up to 3 times at approximately 6-hour intervals
- If all retry attempts fail, auto-renewal is automatically disabled for your account
- Your Premium access remains active until the current period expires, regardless of retry outcomes
- You may re-enable auto-renewal or make a new purchase at any time through the Premium page
- TimeGraphics may grant bonus Premium time that extends your active Premium period beyond the standard plan duration
- Bonus time is calculated based on your cumulative payment history and a bonus coefficient determined by TimeGraphics
- Bonus time extends the Premium expiry date but does not cancel or delay scheduled renewal attempts — the next charge is still initiated approximately 6 hours before the (extended) expiry
- You can cancel auto-renewal at any time through your account settings on time.graphics
- After cancellation, your Premium access remains active until the end of the current paid period (including any bonus time)
- When you cancel, we stop initiating future renewal charges from our side and delete your saved payment method from Stripe — no further payments will ever be made
- Cancellation is managed entirely on time.graphics — there is no separate Stripe customer portal for managing your plan
- Our Premium service provides immediate access to digital content; by purchasing, you expressly consent to immediate delivery
- Once Premium access is activated, the payment for the current period is non-refundable
- In case of accidental duplicate payments, a refund may be issued with applicable Stripe processing fees deducted (see our FAQ for details on fees)
- Full refunds are available if requested before accessing Premium features
- Contact support@time.graphics for refund requests

- Student-created timelines and associated data created within a School Account may constitute education records under FERPA, and TimeGraphics will treat them as such
- When a School creates student accounts for children under 13, the School may provide consent on behalf of parents pursuant to 16 CFR §312.5(c)(4)
- TimeGraphics agrees to use such students' data solely for the educational purpose authorized by the School
- TimeGraphics will not collect more information than is reasonably necessary for participation in the educational activity
- Parents may review their child's data, request corrections, or request deletion by contacting the School, which may then direct TimeGraphics to act accordingly
- Upon written request from the School (via schools@time.graphics), TimeGraphics will delete all student data associated with the School Account within 30 calendar days
- Upon termination of the School Account or DPA, TimeGraphics will delete student data within 30 calendar days unless the School requests return of data (export)
- TimeGraphics will provide written confirmation of deletion upon request
- Schools may request data export in a machine-readable format (JSON) before deletion
- Backup copies are purged within 90 days of the primary deletion
- In the event of a security incident involving unauthorized access to, disclosure of, or loss of student data, TimeGraphics will notify the School's designated contact within 72 hours of confirming the incident
- Notification will include: nature of the incident, categories and approximate number of records affected, likely consequences, measures taken or proposed
- See Security & Incident Response for full details
- A current list of subprocessors is maintained at /compliance/subprocessors
- TimeGraphics requires all subprocessors handling student data to maintain data protection measures at least as protective as those described in these Terms

- TimeGraphics supports the Student Data Privacy Consortium (SDPC) National Data Privacy Agreement (NDPA)
- Schools may initiate a DPA by contacting schools@time.graphics or visiting /compliance/dpa
- The student data protection provisions in this section 19 and any executed DPA are governed by applicable US federal law (FERPA, COPPA) and the laws of the School's state
- In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and an executed DPA, the DPA prevails with respect to student data
