Dr. Thomas Burke, President (jan 1, 1993 – jan 1, 2012)
Description:
Prior to coming to KCKCC Burke had been President of Independence Community College and Vice President of Three Rivers CC in Popular Bluff, Missouri. His M.A. was in history and his Ph.D. in education were from the University of Mississippi. Burke started in education as a technical instructor for the U.S. Air Force at Kessler Air Force Base in Biloxi.(Image: KCKCC Library)
