Craig was brought on to handle day to day operations of the company while Mark was bringing the
beach building to the table and was going to handle the finances,
yet between Mark and Craig it evolved into Craig handling the finances as well.
Mark was still going to keep an eye on finances as apparently he was experienced

During this time period Craig was handling all finances and operations of the company. Specific items of concern that are called out in this timeframe have
recently been identified by Chris and Rob and it's unknown weather or not Mark knew about these items. If Mark did in fact conspire to absorb Craig's 24% of
Melt Mob, Chris and Rob's worry is that these items of concern below were known by Mark, as shown in the email below, and it was his plan the entire time to take over the company.
