jan 1, 2020 - (Exhibit T): All partners signed revised Melt Mob LLC Operating Agreement to include Craig and Mark. Craig was brought on to handle day to day operations of the company while Mark was bringing the beach building to the table and was going to handle the finances, yet between Mark and Craig it evolved into Craig handling the finances as well. Mark was still going to keep an eye on finances as apparently he was experienced in that realm and have his nephew, Matt Buckner, keep a second eye on the books.
