Overwatch Timeline

This is a work in progress and is nowhere near completion. Keep in mind that absolutely no dates in overwatch are set in stone, though I can correlate most of them with a rough estimate. Overwatch is said to take place "60 years in the future," which, if taken at face value, places the story, at least as it was when the game was first released, in 2076. I'm assuming that events in Overwatch take place in real-time, meaning that any lore that's revealed that can be assumed to take place in the "present-day" of Overwatch without reasonable doubt take place nearly exactly 60 years after that piece of lore is revealed. This doesn't take into account cinematics and comics, which take place pretty much all over the place, but for the most part any tweets from the PlayOverwatch account or any story-based articles posted on Blizzard's website take place at around the time they're posted, just 60 years in the future.
