Winston, Mei, and Tracer head to Paris after Null Sector attacks, returning from a dormancy of seven years. Winston looks longlingly at a photo of Overwatch from its glory days, before Mei asks him if they have enough people for the mission. Winston assures her that as long as they stick together, they'll be fine. Winston hopes that the rest of the team will arrive to help them, as only Tracer and Mei have responded to his recall so far.

Tracer, who's piloting the ship, announces that they're arriving at Paris. Mei asks why Null Sector is returning now, and Winston says he doesn't know, but what he does know is that the people of Paris need help, and the team is all they've got.

Winston jumps down to clear a landing spot for the dropship. He saves two police officers and a little girl, and one of them, an omnic, asks in confusion if a monkey really just saved them. While trying to get the civilians to safety, a Null Sector Titan shows up, and its chest beam destroys the dropship and causes major explosions. Mei gets hurt saving the civilians. Tracer jumps to help Mei, telling Winston that she needs help, and that they can't stay there.

Inspired by his picture of the glory days, Winston decides to stay behind to fight the titan while Tracer gets Mei and the civilians to safety. Mei objects, saying Winston told her they need to stick together. Winston promises he'll be right behind them, and Tracer tells him he'd better be.

As Winston faces the titan, Genji shows up and deflects its blasts, having heeded Winston's recall. As Genji engages the omnics, Reinhardt and Brigitte come next, making a grand entrance with an armored van. Tracer exclaims excitedly that the cavalry's here. Next comes Echo and Mercy, the latter of whom heals Mei to get her back in the fight.

The titan fires upon the group once more, but now they're better equipped. Reinhardt and Brigitte interlock their shields to fend off the blast. Mercy asks how they'll stop the titan, and Winston realizes they can use Mei's cryogenic backpack, paired with one of Tracer's pulse bomb, to freeze the titan.

As Echo distracts the titan, Mei places Tracer's pulse bomb on the backpack, and Winston turns on the bomb and throws the backpack at Tracer, who catches it midair and tries to get it to the titan. At first, it appears she won't make it, the titan's giant hand about to knock her down, but Genji slices through the hand, allowing her to get through and into a hole in the armor.

After placing it, she recalls back to the ground just in time before it goes off, freezing the titan and causing it to crumble apart. In the aftermath, the child chases around Snowball, and Winston watches with a smile. He grabs the photo of the glory days, while Brigitte and Tracer reunite, and Tracer introduces Mei to the group, whom they've never met before, given that she's a scientist who spent most of her time in Overwatch at Ecopoint: Antarctica.

One of the police officers asks Winston if this means Overwatch is back, and thinking on it for a moment, Winston decides it does.
