Under the command of Captain Sojourn, Tracer leads an Overwatch team consisting of Mercy, Winston, and Genji in an operation in Havana, Cuba, where Hurricane Fernand is on a fast approach. Their objective is to apprehend Maximilien, whom Overwatch has waited a long time to get their hands on.

Maximilien is traveling through the city in an armored convoy, which Tracer ghosts on a hovercycle, before moving in and engaging the Talon soldiers. As they start to get away, Mercy swoops in and nearly blinds them with the aura from her suit, causing one of the cars to crash. Next up, Winston jumps down and crashes into a car, before electrocuting two more. Sojourn reminds the group that they need Maximilien alive. Genji uses his sword to disable a few of the vehicles, and his shuriken to destroy a pair of others. Mercy dives in and extracts him before they can hit him.

Winston approaches Maximilien's vehicle, having crashed into a garage, to find that the omnic has fled on foot. Tracer reassures him that he won't get far. Sojourn warns them against overconfidence, reminding them of a coming storm and that Maximilien is resourceful. She says she trusts them, but asks that they not blow up anything else.

At first, Sojourn finds Maximilien at the Don Rumbotico facility nearby, however, when the agents get there, they find that he's already escaped. They lose contact with Sojourn due to the storm and are attacked by more Talon soldiers. When they defeat the Talon forces, Sojourn manages to come back online and tells them that Maximilien escaped to a nearby sea fort, so the agents leave the facility with a truck full of explosives (which happens to just be lying around) to blow open the doors. At this time, Hurricane Fernand has reached Havana and is in full force.

The agents reach the sea fort and, after fending off Talon troops, blow the doors just before Maximilien gets away, allowing them to catch him in time. He agrees to arrange an "introduction" with Doomfist, one of Talon's leaders. He tells the group that Doomfist will be in Singapore in three weeks and in exchange, requests that Overwatch not tell Doomfist of his betrayal. They hold true to that.

Meanwhile, in Cairo, Egypt, Doomfist holds a clandestine meeting with an omnic terrorist, offering to pledge Talon's considerable resources to their cause. (Theory: this omnic could a leader or agent of Null Sector)
