WHAT ARE NANOTUBES?--- "A tubular molecule composed of a large number of carbon atoms" [google definitions]
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SINGLE WALL AND MULTI WALL? Multi wall nanotubes are nanotubes made of multiple tubes fit inside each other. Single wall nanotubes are nanotubes made of just one tube, not many.
Electron emissions are when a substance emits electrons. A particular type of electron emission is particularly interesting and relates to heat and temperature. It is called THERMIONIC EMISSIONS. It is a process in which electrons are emitted from the surface of a metal when heat energy is applied to said metal. This occurs in extremely high temperatures. I think that this happens becuase the heat energy makes the electrons move around, similiar to boiling water vapor, so they escape out of the subs
