During this conference held in French Morocco, FDR and Churchill met along with some other Allied leaders to discuss the new course of the war. At this conference, the idea of a Western Front was decided upon to not be created until 1944. Another seriously critical move was that the Allies decided to begin bombing German cities from the air, something that was not yet taking place.
