11 май 1918 г. - Sedition Act
Описание:
The Sedition Act was even more severe, imposing heavy penalties on anyone convicted of using "disloyal, profane, abusive language about the government, the constitution, the flag, or the military." 1,900 prosecutions took place under these laws, including Eugene Debs, who was later pardoned by Harding in 1921.
