Czar Nicholas was the vastly unpopular Czar who took power at far too young an age to rule, and became unpopular because of it. He ruled for the shooting of protesters that asked for food, and he was horribly inept. Czar Nicholas was Abdicated by the revolutionaries and a pro visionary government took power.
