Gazing upon the broken remains of his opponent, Saurvan swears to the Vourenkinn that henceforth the gods shall shun them no longer, and true to his word the young god speaks to his kin at length, describing the might of the mortal champion that brought him to a still.
Impressed, the gods that once had left Svarfina to her own devices look upon the Vourenkinn and see great potential, and thus descend upon them and introduce themselves, only to be met with open hostility, for though Lingard had taught them of the Ten upon Stone and their greatness, the tyranny of Svarfina had left a wound too deep in her children to yet be mended.
It is Saurvan who brings peace to the meeting, for before the Vourenkinn he bows and swears that as he breathes, no god shall cast a bane upon their race, and that if they would have him, all warriors and armsmen would strife under his mantle and favor.
The Vourenkinn, humbled by the god, agree to his terms, and the divines swear upon the eternal bones of the First (Lingard) that they will hold to Saurvan’s oath for as long as the Vourenkinn hold to it as well.
After such a momentous occurrence, the Elders of the Vourenkinn of the Tribe of Murkunvir Vrune unanimously agree that a great change should befall the Peoples of Stonehome to be paired with their development, and so put one of Lingard’s teachings to practice and bestow upon the Jarl (Leader) of the Tribe the new title of Kunnungur (King), founding thus the first kingdom of Ár. Irdsikkál (Oakenshield), heir to Khársaorin and Ránderliv, becomes the First King of the Vourenkinn, starting his royal lineage as well.
Tód is the first to take a liking to the mortal race, teaching them of the forge and shaping their future for eons to come.
