During the American Revolution War, Thomas Jefferson, John Adams, and Benjamin Franklin were all included in the five-man committee to write a draft of the colonies intentions to have it’s own independence. On July 4, 1776, the final draft of the Declaration was finished and was adopted by Congress. Not only did this piece of writing affect the colonist but it impacted the future generations of America. To this day, it is still considered one of the most influential and important documents
