this was the year the vikings attacked Constantinople because the leader and a bunch of his men went to fight someone else so the vikings struck. although there was less men at the city the vikings could not conquer the city and once the reinforcements came the the vikings fled. this was later in the vikings timeline so we can assume this is around the time when everyone was a bit richer and had more equipment and better quality weapons.
