The U.C.E.N.D formed when the people of Australia decided they could be self reliant and wanted to be completely separate from Britain. The U.C.E.N.D however after the Aussie-Civil war a large portion of the population was pro-Russian and does not agree with the models of the newly formed UDC.
===NATION===
The U.C.E.N.D was founded by Sue Thompson who was a former senate member in Australia during the Third World War. She hates the allied countries and looks to support a pro-communist nation. The UCND focuses heavily on its industry and looks to rebuild it from the aftermath of WW3. However the quality of product in the nation isn't of best and the country is notorious for having weak mechanical equipment. The nation dominates no military field, and rather spends its time supporting a larger nation to do its work. That being said, its national defense is impenetrable.
