4th Run ORT with Thermal + Power cycling profile. OBO and DDR and QSFP are major issue. (15h 29min, nov 25, 2017 y – 19h 4min, nov 27, 2017 y)

Description:

Currently the result presents as below matrix for you reference:
#103 – SAE OBO module issue is firm and will verify the hard fail by OBO module swapping.
#040 – 1) Suspect 50% OBO PRBS fail was induced by DDR error, also DDR is temperature sensitive and will verify it under room temperature.
#040 – 2) QSFP PRBS high failure rate found and will verify the intermittent issue by QSFP loopback swapping.
The rest of 4 TiN Cards are PASS, due to there is no consecutive 3 times fail found.
