~American Early National Period~ - Under the guise of the Revolutionary War, America started to distinguish its own freedoms from British rule and began to develop more of a sense of a moral compass. Central Government began to include public schools as a main priority, especially advancing westward. Many different textbooks like the Early American Speller and later Noah Webster's Speller were used as a standard text books in education (jan 1, 1776 – jan 1, 1840)
