Congress of the Confederation (1 h, mar 1, 1781 y – mar 4, 1789)
Description:
Once the Articles of Confederation were ratified by all thirteen states, the government was set up. Little was changed in Congress, however, as the Articles were largely written to justify the powers that they were exercising. They disbanded when the Constitution went into effect in March 1789.
