Rule of Frederick II of Sicily (jan 13, 1212 – dec 29, 1250)
Description:
Grandson of Barabossa of Germany, crowned king of the Germans but focused all of his attention on Sicily. Supported scientists and scholars (was a poet himself) and in 1224 founded the University of Naples to train them for administering the country. He was very tolerate of all religions and let all eliions rule over the provinces. Exceedingly rare at the time
