Nicolas Copernicus (mar 1, 1473 – jan 9, 1543)
Description:
Copernicus was the first in Europe to state how he believed in the heliocentric theory, the theory that the Sun was the center of the Universe and not the earth, geocentric. His beliefs created questions by many in Europe as to where God was located. His new ideas during the Scientific Revolution was the start of other philosophes to look into the truth about the Universe.
