Description:
The Qin dynasty was brief in duration (221 B.C.E-206 B.C.E) but extremely important to Chinese history. The Qin dynasty completely unified China for the first time in history. The practice of Legalism reached its peak during the Qin dynasty and emperor Shi Huangdi approved of the Legalist policies and implemented them across China. Shi Huangdi is famous for his building projects like the Great Wall of China, the Grand Canal, and roadworks.
