India creates Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (sep 30, 1993 – aug 31, 2017)
Description:
The PSLV created and developed during the 1990's by India had it's first launch in late 1993 with no success. The PSLV had it's first successful launch in October 1994. The PSLV has had 39 successful missions between 1994 and 2017. The PSLV's latest launch on August 31, 2017 was unsuccessful. The PSLV successfully launched two spacecraft, the CHandrayaan-1 in 2008 and Mars Orbiter Spacecraft in 2013 which later traveled to the Moon and Mars!
