Louis De Broglie (oct 9, 1892 – jun 9, 1987)
Description:
This French scientist hypothesized that light acts as a particle and a wave, and so does the electron. He found this information through experimenting.
Broglie was stationed at the Eiffel Tower as part of the army during WW1. He studied science in Paris, France.
