Description:
Wizards could use magic again. They resurfaced in slightly different forms than before. Wizard nations became much more insular and isolationist and were less willing to travel to other lands or share their techniques with those outside their cabal. Yrogenus and the cabal of lovers essentially drop off the world stage at this point.
