Chinese Revolution (oct 1, 1948 – jan 1, 1949)
Description:
In 1948, Mao Zedong and his forces dominated the civil war in China. In 1949, Jiang fled from the Chinese mainland, and Mao's communists took control of the world's most populated country, renaming it the People's Republic of China. Mao sends PLA troops into Tibet in 1950, and in 1958, launches the Great Leap Forward.
