Description:

Churchill, Stalin, and Roosevelt met and agreed on Germany's unconditional surrender, and they would set up four occupation zones to be shared between their three countries and France. Stalin also agreed to permit free elections in Eastern Europe, but soon after, broke his promise by setting up a Soviet government in those countries, making them satellite nations. This conference was seen as the most controversial conference.
