Description:
In 1896, gold was first discovered in the Yukon and brought a stampede to Dawson City and The Klondike Region. When it turned to chaos, Sam Steele, a proud fighter who served Canada, stepped in to help by establishing the authority of the Canadian Government. After the gold rush ended, Dawson City became a popular tourist destination, which brought many people to this country each year. Meanwhile, Sam Steele continued to help Canada as a soldier and a veteran, in different wars and inspire others to do the same.
