Central Executive Committee (oct 27, 1917 – jan 17, 1938)

Description:

The Central Executive Committee was founded by the Second Congress of Soviets after the October Revolution. It was a permanent body at the Congress of Soviets. The head was the Chairman of the Presidium of the Committee. Most of the sessions of the Central Executive Committee were held in Moscow.
