Over this period of time, Humanities timeline erupted, branching off of one root, endless futures, some ending abruptly, others sprouting their own timelines in an endless cycle. Our timeline is one such timeline, one that, in the grand system of time, is hardly a nub on the interchronal forest.
All of the branches inevitably die, slowly sinking into a dark, frozen sleep, never to awake. but the origin, the great, endless root that began it all.
