Description:
Summary: After four years of Civil War the people estimated around 630,000 deaths. Confederate army surrendered to General Grant.
Outcome: Union victory. General Grant showed great mercy to the confederate army and offered very nice surrender terms.
Significance: Ended Civil War, reunited the U.S and abolished Slavery.
