-Address any process questions with Implementation Lead on Customer's end.
Post-Go-Live
-Ensure customer has completed Customer Post-Go-Live Survey
-Schedule weekly follow-up, after the Go-Live Date.
-Ensure all requirements within the implementation scope have been met and is all working as expected.
