French and Indian War (Seven Years War) (jan 3, 1754 – jan 30, 1763)
Description:
The French and Indian war was fought between Britain and France over territory disputes. France encroached onto British territory by expanding into the Ohio River Valley, which caused them to go to war. This is one of the main contributing factors of the American Revolution because the expenses from the war made them impose many tarifs on the colonists.
