Description:
Nebuchadnezzar, the strong ruler of Babylon, extends his empire and creates the legendary hanging gardens of Babylon. He captures much of the area of Mesopotamia.
Our Father uses Nebuchadnezzar to discipline Israel for its disobedience. He destroys Jerusalem and takes the most intelligent and skilled people back to Babylon as slaves. The prophet Daniel, and his friends Mishael, Hananiah, and Azariah, serve him as advisors.
Nebuchadnezzar has a dream in which he sees a large statue with a head of gold, a chest of silver, thighs of bronze, legs of iron, and feet of iron and clay. Daniel interprets the dream, telling the king about the Stone Kingdom. The Stone Kingdom is made without human hands and destroys all other kingdoms in the last day.
The Babylonian empire is the head of gold. The Twelve Tribes of Spiritual Israel are the Stone.
