Maryland was founded in 1632 for Catholic religion so they would not get prosecuted. The First Amendment.
Delaware was founded in 1638 for Strictly breaking from the House of Burgesses for religious freedom. The First Amendment.
Massachusetts was founded in 1619 for religious freedom. The First Amendment.
The first meeting was July 30, 1618 in the House of Burgesses. This shows the freedom of speech and assembly. The First Amendment.
Pennsylvania was founded in 1681 for religious freedom for the Quakers. The first Amendment.
New Jersey was founded in 1664 and was also guaranteeing religious freedom. The First Amendment.
The fundamentals of Connecticut was a rule of law that started in 1639. The leader was a leader of a church too that spread religion with freedom of speech and assembly. The First Amendment.
North Carolina and South Carolina were once one colony and they were founded in 1663 for farming and trade.
