1919 - June , 28th - Treaty Of Versailles signed
1918 - November , 9th - Kaiser (Wilhelm II) forced to abdicate and Germany left without a leader - Weimar Republic set up by the Allies. It was a first time democracy was used in Germany.
1919 - September , 12th - Hitler joins the DAP party - The DAP party eventually becomes the NSDP party (Nazi Party) - Hitler eventually becomes the leader
1923 - Invasion of the Ruhr - Germany could no longer pay reparations so France invaded the industrial part of Germany - Ruhr workers go on strike , this worsened Germanys economy - Government printed more money and became worthless. - Start of hyperinflation
1923 - November , 8th - 1923 - November , 9th - Munich Putsch - A failed coup attempt by the Nazi Party by Adolf Hitler along with Ludendorff - Attemped seize at power
1924 - Hitler thrown in jail for his actions during the Munich Putsch - Time where he wrote Mein Kampf - Only served 10 months in prison - Was allowed to broadcast Nazi views in prison and becomes widespread
