Hae Min Lee mysteriously disappears after school one day.Mr. S finds Hae's body when stopping to pee in Leakin Park.Anonymous called made a call to the police telling them to look at Adnan Syed as a suspect.Adnan's cell phone records start to be analyzed.Police talk to Jenn and she says that she doesn't know anything. The next day, she says that Jay told her Adnan killed Hae Min Lee and that she saw the two together.Jay's first interview with the police. He tells them that Adnan showed him Hae's body and that they met in the Best Buy parking lot.Adnan Syed is arrested.Jay has a second interview.Jay has a third interview.Jay has a fourth interview.Jay officially pleads guilty to accessory in the first degree murder of Hae.Start of Adnan Syed's first trial which ends in a mistrial.Start of Adnan Syed's second trial.Adnan's trial leads to his conviction of first-degree murder. He is soon sentenced to 30+ years in prison.Sarah Koenig's first episode of "Serial" is aired.
