French and Indian War The war was between the France and England. The war was about land (like most wars at the time) The war was also known as the "Seven Year war"
England Won The War! .
The Colonist Are Heavily Taxed The British started taxing the colonist to pay for their soldiers The British decided that the colonist should pay for part of the French and Indian war. The Colonist had to pay about 6% of the taxes that people in Britain had to pay rather than just paying 4%.
Tea/Stamp/Sugar This act was when the Brits wanted to tax us for tea and other goods the colonist couldn't make/get themselves. At first, the tea was given merchants that sold it to the colonist but Britain disided to cut out the middleman. They cut out the middle man so that they wouldn't have to lose more money and distribute it themself.
