Mark Cammilleri comes into the picture within weeks of meeting Craig and introduces himself to Robert Hesse. Mark was planning to open a restaurant called Mad Monkey Pizza at his building at 6305 Gulf Blvd St. Pete Beach, FL. Mark wanted to bring Craig on as a consultant as he was in the pizza business. After Craig becomes aware of the Fo'Cheezy brand that Robert has created, he proposed the option to Mark to potentially partner up and use the building that he owns for Fo'Cheezy.

Mark begins looking into some financials regarding sales tax and IRS payroll tax and finds a substantial potential debt.

During this time period Craig was handling all finances and operations of the company. Specific items of concern that are called out in this timeframe have recently been identified by Chris and Rob and it's unknown weather or not Mark knew about these items. If Mark did in fact conspire to absorb Craig's 24% of Melt Mob, Chris and Rob's worry is that these items of concern below were known by Mark, as shown in the email below, and it was his plan the entire time to take over the company.
