During this time period Craig was handling all finances and operations of the company. Specific items of concern that are called out in this timeframe have recently been identified by Chris and Rob and it's unknown weather or not Mark knew about these items. If Mark did in fact conspire to absorb Craig's 24% of Melt Mob, Chris and Rob's worry is that these items of concern below were known by Mark, as shown in the email below, and it was his plan the entire time to take over the company.
