This team is highly trained, trusted and respected. They are basically working to save lives. They work with the scientific branch to find better ways of disposing the waste safely (for city inhabitants) and are in charge of its transport. Their first task is to clean up the dump sites and remove the waste (to a much further location). Vehicle technology advances rapidly in order to expedite waste removal.
