3 magg 1765 anni - Quartering Act
Descrizione:
Parliament ordered colonial assemblies to vote specific supplies, such as beer and candles, for the troops. It also required the army to quarter its soldiers only in public buildings, such as taverns, unless they filled to capacity. The Act is excellent for my business. It will bring in more customers to buy basic goods. Though I may have to sacrifice some money to pay for the soldier that I may have to quarter, the boom that they will provide in the economy will undoubtedly be beneficial.
