“Reviewing the RGB which has been indicating exceedances of the output gear. The
Condition Indicator (CI) which is triggered due to “Localized Tooth Meshing”. Since this CI is real and
has been trending up over the last 3 months, Bell recommends replacing the subject C-BOX as soon
as practical. Meanwhile, continue monitor the chip detection system at closer intervals and perform
an oil analysis of the RGB oil regularly.”
