Shoppers drug mart is a Canadian brand which was founded in Toronto, Ontario, 1962.
The brand of my eye shadow brush is Quo which is a shoppers drug mart’s subsidiary brand but this brush is made in China.
Economics.
Since these two countries have different level of development, they have different demands. China have a big market of making products, labor and raw materials while Canada doesn't. Parts being made primarily in Asian markets.
