This programs attempted to help prices for corn, wheat, rice, soybean and many other crop framers who were struggling to make ends meet at the time. This came with 2 new programs Agriculture Risk Coverage & Price Loss Coverage to assist in risk reduction and assessment to farmers who wanted to participate in these new programs. The program revised the payment limitations on the gross income eligibility rules making it slightly easier for farmers. This program also re-uped the sugar program as some programs in farm bills only last 4 years so they will need renewed persay to have them reapplied. This was a great program of the bill and helped alot of farmers really sucseed in the near future of this bill being placed.
