Aina (Sarah Forbes Bonetta) (1843–80) was a Yoruba woman, born in what is now Nigeria in West Africa. As a child, she was captured and brought to England as a ‘gift’ for Queen Victoria. Her name was changed from Aina to Sarah Forbes Bonetta.
