On Monday, Phone Dude calls the completely and totally unknown night security guard protagonist of Fazbear's Fright: The Horror Attraction, glad that he came back for another night, and promises things will be a lot more interesting this time. Phone Dude tells him about how they found some great new relics over the weekend, and are currently tracking down a new lead. Phone Dude updates him real quick [205], so then he can get to work. The attraction opens in a week, so they have to make sure everything works, and nothing catches on fire. Phone Dude explains how people will make their way through the building, and the security guard will be starring as… the security guard. He thinks it will make the place feel really authentic to have him be part of the show. Next, he discusses the finds from over the weekend, warning to watch the fingers on the new fan. Phone Dude states the place is just flashing lights and spooky props right now, he honestly thought they would have more by this point. If they do not have something really cool by next week, they may just have to put the guard in a furry suit and make him walk around saying, “Boo.” But they are trying to track down a good lead at the moment. Some guy, who helped design the original Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, says there was an extra room which got boarded up. So, they are going to take a peek to see what they can find. For the time being, though, he should just get comfortable with the new setup, which Phone Dude explains to him. Now, they may have overdone it a bit in trying to make the place authentic, since most equipment is barely functional [206]. The fire he was joking about before, was not a joke, that is a real risk. But most importantly, he should watch out for the ventilation. If it goes offline, he will start to see some crazy stuff, more spooks than before [207]. Phone Dude advises him to keep an eye on things, and the air flowing. They will try to have something new for him, tomorrow night.
The call finishes at 4 AM?, and the protagonist does regular security guard things [208] for the next two hours, until his shift finishes.

Later in the day, they take a peek into the sealed off safe room and discover the (no longer) trapped Springtrap. While the animatronic may be 40-years-old at this point, it still adheres to all the standard programming. In addition, they also discover some vintage audio training cassette tapes recorded by Phone Guy, used to train other employees and update them about the workplace [209].
