Description:
Around fall in 1942, Hitler decides to invade Southern Russia in hopes of obtaining oilfields. But with the strong bond of the Allies ; Soviet troops did not give up and eventually Allied forces win this battle. This is important because it is the first major defeat of German forces, and acts as a boost of confidence for Allied forces and a harsh plummet in confidence for Germany.
