On Wednesday the 11th of November, Phone Guy updates Jeremy that there is somewhat of an investigation occurring and is unsure if they may need to end up closing for a few days. Phone Guy emphasizes that Fazbear Entertainment, Inc. denies any wrongdoing, it is really just a precaution, and how these things happen sometimes. He will keep Jeremy posted about the situation, and it will all get sorted out in a few days. Phone Guy does have a side note for Jeremy though, warning of the potential tampering to the facial recognition systems and to avoid eye contact with any of the animatronics as a result.

Later in the day, the building is put on lockdown, no one is allowed in or out [73], especially in relation to previous employees. The day shift position becomes available, which Jeremy is considered to take over, once everything blows over and a suitable replacement for his shift is found.
They also plan on contacting the original owner [74] of the restaurant, originally known as “Fredbear's Family Diner”. They doubt they will be able to track anyone [74] down, though, since it has been closed for years [75]. It may be Veterans Day, but there are no veterans from that part of the company to be found.
